Sign in to Plivo Console

Sign in to the Plivo Console.

Navigate to Outbound Trunks

Navigate to ZentrunkOutbound Trunks.

Create New Outbound Trunk

Select Create New Outbound Trunk and provide a descriptive name for your trunk.

Trunk Authentication

In the Trunk Authentication section → Credentials List, select Add New Credentials List.Add a username and strong password for outbound call authentication.
Make sure these values match the username and password you use for your superU outbound trunk.

Secure Trunking

For Secure Trunking, select Enabled (recommended).
If you enable secure trunking in Plivo, you must also enable secure trunking in superU. To learn more, see Secure trunking.

Complete Configuration

Select Create Trunk to complete your outbound trunk configuration.

Copy Termination SIP Domain

Copy the Termination SIP Domain for the next step.

Connect to SuperU

Go to your SuperU dashboard and open the Bring Your Own Number modal.SIP Bring Your Own NumberFill in the details using the information from your Plivo trunk:
  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number you configured in Plivo.
  • Destination: Select the appropriate region. SIP Destinations Supported regions include:
    • India
    • United States
    • United Kingdom
    • France
    • Germany
    • Zurich
    • Saudi Arabia
    • Australia
  • Termination URI: Paste the Termination SIP Domain you copied earlier.
  • SIP Username: Enter the username you created in the Trunk Authentication step.
  • SIP Password: Enter the password you created in the Trunk Authentication step.
  • Nickname: Give this number a recognizable name (e.g., “Sales Line”).
Click Save Number to finish.
